3 Fun Corporate Themed Events for Your Employees to Enjoy

Party planning ideas

Work, if you aren’t careful, can often feel like work. And work, as we all know, can feel like a real drag. That’s why parties with corporate event themes can actually help breakup the daily monotony of your organization and allow you and your employees to break out of your shells and have some fun. Here are a few great corporate event themes and fun party ideas that you can implement this year to improve company morale, and have some fun.

Casino Night Party

Casino nights can be a lot of fun for everyone. You don’t have to play with real money, because that can end up causing some unnecessary problems between your staff. After all, no one wants to lose money to the guy in sales who never stops talking about his trip to Las Vegas in 1999. But playing some low stakes game or playing with chips instead of real cash can still be a lot of fun and much less stressful. Casino nights are one of the more popular corporate event themes because they involve strategy, team building, and can just be a relaxing night out.

Fundraising Events

Fundraising events at a nice restaurant or conference center can be wonderful nights for everyone involved. As trivial as it may seem, sometimes having everyone dress as nice as possible and eat at a fancy restaurant can be amazing and a great way to blow off some steam. Make sure to book the building and make your reservations well enough in advance, but as long as you and your staff show up to the fundraising event, everyone should end up having a great night.

Hosting a Gold Tournament

Another terrific way to bond as a company and get some sun while doing it is to throw an annual golf tournament. Don’t worry, no one has to be good at golf (or even know how to play) to participate. Sure, a few people in the office will most likely be better than others, but the tournament isn’t about a stiff competition, it’s just about having fun together as a company. If you make this an annual tradition, eventually it can grow to such a large event that it’ll be the most exiting day of the year.

Don’t just be the boring boss because your employees won’t respond well to that. Have fun and plan some exciting nights out.
